About me

Agnes is the Director Equity AUT Faculty of Business & Law, she has spent over 10 years in the tertiary sector and is very passionate about the succcess of students and how that might transform business and communities. Agnes is commited to the notion of' connectivity' of individuals, organisatons, communities to create new opportunities with multiple benefits. She is also an active member of the Rotary Club of Auckland and says " my involvement has been rich and rewarding, and the bigsleepout is an extension of the values of rotary".

Why am I doing the LIFEWISE Big Sleepout?

I was encouraged by a friend last year to get involved, as a result I feel very strongly that we should not accept that it is ok that for any New Zealander to have to sleep rough. The big sleepout is a very simple concept that has a very powerful message that needs to be amplified, I feel very privildged to be part of this year effort to raise support and awareness of homelessness.
