James is a salesperson with The Property Market, a new real estate agency offering a different type of service and a more cost efficient fee.

Born in Gisborne, schooled in the Hawkes Bay and Auckland followed by University in Canterbury plus further tertiary study in Auckland, James has lived in different places across the country. Picking apples and grapes, farming, fencing, being a promo boy, working as a caregiver, post production artist, editor and camera operator, he has spent a great deal of time with a huge variety of people and sees the Big Sleep Out as a great way to broaden his experiences while supporting a great cause.
