About me

I am married with two children and live in Westmere, above the zoo: we can see giraffes and rhinos from the bottom of our garden.

We spend quite a bit of time up at Pakiri Beach, when we can, and try to get down to Central Otago at least once a year, to see family.

My career has largely been in communications, of one form or another, ranging from teaching (economics) to sales & marketing, PR and public affairs. I’ve been at AUT for seven years and was the marketing director at Oracle NZ before that.
