About me

Born and raised in the Bay of Plenty, and of Ngai Tuhoe roots, homelessness is a subject close to Trevor’s heart, a passion made all the more special having spent some of his early teens living on the streets.

For the past 4 years Trevor has worked at global firm Ernst & Young in their Transaction Advisory practice and throughout his time there has volunteered, mentoring young students from low decile regions in New Zealand, a programme made possible by the charity arm of Ernst & Young, the EY Foundation.

Having studied music and marketing at university, Trevor has recently ventured in to song writing and is delighted to help raise awareness of homelessness in this year’s Big Sleepout 2011.
